UV Bonding

At SDM Glass we have the in house facilities to be able to UV bond glass, which allows us to create custom glass furniture, such as display cases, or desks - the possibilities are endless, if you can dream it, we can create it! Using our CNC machines to create beskpoke shapes, which can be assembled with the Ultraviolet Bonding process. We’re so confident you’ll be happy with the quality, that we’ve even replaced all our office furniture with custom glass furniture, all of which was made in house at our Bridgend production facility. UV Bonding is a secure way to seamlessly and elegantly bond glass together.

The main benefit of UV bonding is there is no need for drilled holes or fixing to other materials. This allows the creation of clean, uninterrupted lines for items such as, display cases, tables and cabinets etc. UV bonding also allows retrofitting of locks and hinges for existing glass furniture.
